Flat Rock’s Adult Day Support Services Program is open to adult clients throughout the area. With a service site in downtown Bellevue, OH, we provide an alternative to what has been traditionally known as a workshop program.
At the heart of the program is the focus on growth of our individuals. Often, this stems from the continuation of what our adults have learned in their school and educational settings. Skill building may include pre-vocational areas, activities and social development.
Far from keeping clients isolated, the program is on the move taking advantage of opportunities in the community to enrich and enhance the lives of our individuals. Clients are actively involved in the recycling program within the Bellevue community, many volunteer within the area and are encouraged to discover and explore their interests. It is through this interaction with clients and the community at large that our individuals can be inspired to become comfortable and grow within the community.
